Church is so much more than Sunday Mornings. Thankful to be part of a church that knows and believes that. We had our first beautiful baby dedication yesterday. Giving your children over to God must be so hard, yet so holy. Everything is Gods. From the grass on the ground, to the internet your using to the plans you have mapped out for your future. There is such an honor for God in that garage building we call church. He reins. Church should be a place in our hearts that is overflowing with a love for God and people. Out of that, comes a building. A building where people can meet and engage in anointed worship and biblical teaching. Where they can be involved in community, giving to where people have needs. Intentional community aka Godly togetherness is where its at. Tapestry is a place where God is the head. We just operate to the sound of His voice. I watch as the teenagers are moved by love for their Maker and for their parents. Their parents are our pastors. What a blessing. Its God. Family. Church. thank you tapestry for showing that. I have grown in the word tremendously by the model that this church uses. The pastors operate in such humility. When leaders don’t pretend to know everything, it makes you confident in their leadership. You know that they rely completely on God. There is no need to be only a spectator. God longs to engage with His beloved, with His friend. There is no pressure to be anything but a child loved by God. All the other lovers fade away…God is welcomed, embraced, and positioned on His throne here at Tapestry. Thank you God. for my pastors, for my youth and for my church family. ..thank You.
